You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data at any time. You do not have to give a reason.
How to request it
Send us a message from the email address on the account, or email us, and say that you would like your account deleted.
Please send it from the address on the account where you can. It is the quickest way for us to confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us and we will find another way to verify it.
What happens next
We will confirm we have received your request, delete your account and the personal data associated with it, and confirm once it is done.
Some records may be kept where we are legally required to keep them, for example records relating to payments already made. We will tell you if that applies to you.
