Most sign-in problems come down to one of a few things. Work through these in order.
You have forgotten your password
Go to app.hiveinfluence.io/login and choose Forgot password. We will email you a reset link. The email goes to the address on your account, so check your spam folder if it does not appear within a few minutes.
The confirmation email never arrived
Check spam and promotions first. Some workplace email systems also hold new-sender mail for a short period.
If it has genuinely not arrived, contact us with the email address you used and we will confirm your account manually.
Your email address is not accepted at signup
If the signup form will not accept your email, try these in order:
Check for a typo or a trailing space.
Try a different browser, or an incognito window.
Turn off any ad blocker or privacy extension for the page, then reload.
If none of that works, contact us with the exact address you are trying to use. We can look it up directly and get you set up.
You are stuck in a loop after signing in
Clear your cookies for hiveinfluence.io and sign in again. If you are using a shared or managed computer, a corporate network policy can sometimes block the session cookie.
